BTW, Are you sure the orientation of your panorama is OK. From the map I would say that the left side is looking toward east, but in your panorama it is 20° (i.e. very near north)?

I know it is not easy. Orientation is the most complicated job when uploading a panorama, but I'm still not sure if I can make it simpler. Any idea is welcome (I started a forum thread on this: panoye.com/forum-post-show.16.... ).
